Interior architect Nele Vercauteren welcomes you to B&B ARCK, a unique place where she shares her passion for architecture and design with you.

The B&B offers you the perfect excuse to take a break. The interior is inspirational, with the emphasis on plenty of light and air. Nele and her husband Bas Wauman, an architect, have personalised the décor down to the finest detail. The result is a unique mix of vintage and contemporary design with Scandinavian and Japanese influences and Belgian designs. You can appreciate its beauty to the full during your stay.

ARCK is located in Tielrode, a welcoming village in the river-landscape of Belgium’s Waasland region. It can be no coincidence that the rivers Durme and Scheldt choose to flow together in this very place. But don’t be fooled by the peaceful surroundings: Brussels, Antwerp and Ghent are all within easy reach.

Parking at and around the B&B is free of charge. You are welcome to use the bikes, and we’d be happy to help you choose a suitable hiking trail or cycle route.

After a refreshing walk in natural surroundings, you can relax in the harmonious atmosphere of the breakfast room and lounge, which together comprise a communal area for guests. Browse through the architectural library or flick through our daily newspapers and weekly magazines.

This is also where you’ll find our honesty bar, filled with a selection of wines, Belgian beers and refreshing drinks as well coffee, tea and a choice of delicacies.

In the morning, join us in the breakfast room for an extensive breakfast selection including traditional bread, home-made jams, eggs from our own hens and freshly made coffee and tea. We have made a conscious choice to use organic ingredients sourced from local traders. Why would we look any further?

For lunch or dinner, we would be delighted to point you in the direction of one of our local recommendations.

See you soon!
